Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the media planning process, including both digital channels (social media, display, Google Ads, online video) and traditional channels (TV, radio, OOH), to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Developing and implementing the media strategy, identifying priorities, and allocating the necessary budgets for each activity, with a strong focus on the efficiency of digital channels.
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industry or services company.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape in Moldova (Digital Platforms, TV, radio, OOH).
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools and media metrics (GRP, CPM, CTR, ROI) as well as tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience in managing large advertising budgets.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creative, proactive, and a true team player.
Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts in the logistics sector, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service departments to deliver top-quality service.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all logistics-related matters.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize supply chains.
- Revenue Forecasting: Forecast revenue and track progress towards goals, presenting regular reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics account management or related roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and technology, such as warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
